Job Description & Summary
We are looking for interns to support the Corporate Sustainability (CS) department on social sustainability and ESG integration projects. The CS team is committed to promoting sustainability across PwC’s value chain. To achieve this, the CS team works closely with various stakeholders to manage PwC’s sustainability impacts, risks, and opportunities. What will you be doing?
We expect you to be curious about the developments within the sustainability field and driven to make a difference with the team. Together with PwC programme managers, you will work on various projects to increase our impact. Your work differs from day to day, but it is an advantage if you enjoy getting to know a lot of new people, thinking along during various meetings and workshops, summarising qualitative data, preparing presentations and writing pieces of text for the internal website. It helps if you like doing research into what is going on in the field of ESG, and if you can provide clear feedback and present this to your manager and the entire CS team.
Does this describe you?
- You are studying a wo master (sustainability, business strategy, law, sociology or other qualitative data analysis);
- You have an interest in ESG and in particular ‘S’ topics and human rights;
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
- You are enthusiastic and enjoy putting sustainability into practice;
- You are proactive and dare to share your view on things;
- You have gained experience in the field of project management during your studies or work or are very motivated to learn this;
- You are result-oriented and able to work independently;
- You are critical and accurate;
- You are organized, detailed, and work efficiently;
- You are available for 24-32 hours a week and for a minimum of 6 months, we have a preference for interns who can and want to start in February.
